Privacy & refunds

Play is free. Optional packs are sold through Stripe. This page is the public record of how that works.

What we keep

Campaign progress, daily streak, and settings live in this browser. If you sign in, Tessera also stores your wallet — coins, tools, relics, themes, and paid packs — so a new phone can restore them. Scores you post to a board show the screen name you pick in Settings, not your Google or X name. We do not sell personal data, and there are no ads.

Payments

Packs are virtual items. Stripe processes the charge and pays the operator of this game. Guest purchases stay on the browser that paid. Sign in before checkout if you want the pack to follow your account.

Refunds

Unused packs can be refunded through Stripe within 48 hours of purchase. Use the refund link on your Stripe receipt, or write [email protected]. Consumed coins, continues, and tools are not returned.

Sign-in

Google or X sign-in is optional. It exists so packs and scores can belong to you instead of one device. Signing out does not delete a browser save.
